RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under certain circumstances we grant a 14-day return or exchange right, which begins with the delivery of the goods.
Basically, only unused, original packed items with unbroken seal and in the same condition in which you received them are available for a return.
The following products and product groups are excluded from the return or exchange, unless the returned items are defect, have been damaged during shipment or are delivered incorrectly.
Color deviations from our product images are not wrong delivery:
- Items delivered more than 14 days ago
- Dip powder, nail polish, gel polish, gel, acrylic, liquids and other consumables
- Products from clearance or discontinued products
- Items with broken / damaged product seals
- Items subject to the right of return or manufacturer’s warranty
- Articles that have been damaged by misuse or misuse by the customer
- Electrical appliances, files, tools, cutlery, drill bits
In order to process your return, we need an enclosed receipt or a proof of purchase in the return.
Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.
Please always contact us BEFORE you return items.
Do not return without prior agreement.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and verified, you will be notified of the approval or refusal of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within a few working days, at our discretion and technical facilities, to your shop account or original payment method.
Offer article (if applicable)
Special items from special sales are non-refundable.
Exchange (if applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged.
If you need a product to be replicated in an identical product, send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
and send the article to be exchanged to: Delphin Works Inc., Lange Str. 49, 37127 Dransfeld, Germany.
Re Shipping / Return
Returns are to be sent to the following address: Delphin Works Inc., Lange Str. 49, 37127 Dransfeld, Germany.
Returns are at your expense unless the returned items are defective, damaged during shipment or delivered incorrectly.
Shipping costs for your delivery are non-refundable.
When you ship an item, you should consider a traceable shipping service or think about shipping insurance.
The return shipment is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the receipt of non-traceable returns.
